These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of romelabel.com and to quotations, samples and orders supplied by Sichuan Saimeng Technology Co., Ltd., operating as ROMELABEL.
By using this website, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Specific quotations, pro forma invoices, approved proofs and written agreements will take priority if they differ from this page.
1. Website Use
You may use this website to learn about our products, contact us and request quotations.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Product descriptions and images provide general information. Actual materials, colors, dimensions and finishes depend on the specifications approved for each order.
2. Quotations and Orders
Quotations depend on the information supplied by the customer, including the product type, size, quantity, material, artwork, production method, packaging and destination.
A quotation does not become a confirmed order until both parties approve the main specifications, price, payment terms and other required information.
Changes to the design, quantity, material, packaging or delivery address may affect the price and lead time.
3. Artwork and Proof Approval
Customers must review all proofs carefully before production, including:
- Dimensions and colors
- Logos and graphics
- Text and spelling
- Care symbols and fiber content
- Sizes and country-of-origin information
- Barcodes, QR codes and NFC data
- Folding, cutting and attachment methods
We will produce the order according to the approved proof, sample and specifications. Customers normally bear costs caused by errors contained in materials they supplied or approved.
4. Customer Content and Compliance
Customers confirm that they have the right to use all submitted logos, trademarks, designs, images and other content.
Customers must also confirm the accuracy and legal suitability of product information for the intended market. This includes care instructions, fiber content, warnings, safety information, origin statements and certification marks.
We may assist with layout, materials and production feasibility, but our service does not replace product testing or professional legal and compliance advice.
5. Samples and Production
Physical samples may be recommended when a project requires confirmation of color, texture, wash performance, attachment or special functions.
Production begins after the required specifications, proof, payment and order information have been confirmed.
Small differences may occur between screens, samples and production batches because of variations in yarn, ink, material and manufacturing processes. Reasonable production tolerances do not constitute defects.
6. Payment
Payment methods, currency, deposit requirements, transaction fees and payment deadlines will appear in the quotation or pro forma invoice.
Please send payment only to the account stated on an official document issued by Sichuan Saimeng Technology Co., Ltd. Verify any notice of changed payment details through a previously confirmed official contact method.

7. Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.
Changes requested after proof approval or production has started may require new materials, tooling or sampling. Additional charges and longer lead times may apply.
Because products are made to the customer’s specifications, orders normally cannot be cancelled or refunded after production begins because of a change of mind. This does not affect rights relating to verified production defects or rights required by applicable law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, freight charges, delivery estimates and trade terms will appear in the quotation or order confirmation.
Delivery dates are reasonable estimates rather than guarantees unless both parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Unless otherwise stated, the recipient bears destination duties, import taxes, customs charges and other local fees. Customers must provide accurate delivery and customs information.

9. Inspection and Quality Claims
Please inspect the products and packaging promptly after delivery.
If you find a possible production problem, contact us with the order number, a description, affected quantity and clear photos or videos. Keep the affected products and original packaging while we review the claim.
For a verified production defect, we may offer an appropriate solution such as replacement, reproduction, credit or an agreed refund, depending on the circumstances.
10. Intellectual Property
ROMELABEL’s website text, graphics, photographs, layout and other original content belong to Sichuan Saimeng Technology Co., Ltd. or their respective licensors.
You may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit this content without written permission.
Customer artwork and order files remain the property of their respective owners and will only be used as reasonably necessary for quotation, sampling, production and quality control.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website or services may involve third-party payment providers, carriers, cloud services or external websites. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or reputational damage.
Our total liability relating to an order will normally not exceed the amount paid for the affected products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruption, customs action, government restrictions, labor disputes, epidemics or major supply interruptions.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and reduce the effect on the order.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to any mandatory applicable law.
The parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If no agreement can be reached, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction at the registered location of Sichuan Saimeng Technology Co., Ltd., unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, website or legal requirements change.
The latest version will appear on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes do not alter confirmed orders unless both parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires it.
