Our shipping and delivery service covers custom labels, hang tags and garment trims. We can help you choose international courier, air freight or sea freight based on the shipment size, destination and required delivery date.

Transit time starts after dispatch. Customs clearance, holidays, weather and local delivery conditions may affect the actual arrival date.
Shipping Costs
Freight costs depend on the packed weight, package dimensions, destination and shipping method. Please provide your complete address, postal code, telephone number and required delivery date for an accurate shipping quotation.
If you have a DHL, FedEx or UPS account, freight collect may also be available.
Customs Duties and Documents
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or agreed Incoterm, import duties, taxes and local clearance fees are paid by the consignee.
We can normally provide a commercial invoice, packing list, waybill and product declaration information. Please tell us before ordering if your destination requires any special import documents.
Tracking and Delivery
For trackable shipments, we will provide a tracking number or shipping information after dispatch.
Please check the cartons and products promptly after delivery. If you notice damage or missing items, keep the original packaging, take clear photos or videos and contact us as soon as possible.
