To help us prepare an accurate quotation, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Product type and intended application
- Finished size and order quantity
- Material and production requirements
- Colors and folding or attachment method
- Logo, text, artwork or reference images
- Destination country or region
- Required delivery date
- Target budget, if available
You may upload AI, PDF, CDR, EPS, PSD, PNG or JPG files. A photo, sketch or image of an existing label is also helpful if final artwork is not available.
What Your Quotation Will Include
Your quotation will normally show:
- Confirmed product specifications
- Order quantity
- Unit price and total price
- Sample, setup or plate‑making fees, if applicable
- Shipping cost, if already calculated
- Payment terms
- Estimated production lead time
- Quotation validity period
The final price and lead time are based on the confirmed specifications. If the size, quantity, material, design, production method, packaging or delivery address changes, we may need to update the quotation.

After receiving your request, we will:

- Recommend suitable materials and production methods
- Confirm the size, quantity, design and other specifications
- Provide a quotation and digital artwork proof
- Arrange sampling or bulk production after approval and payment
