AI, PDF, CDR, EPS and physical samples are all acceptable.
2. Confirm Specifications

3. Free Sample Making
After details are confirmed, we arrange free sampling so you can check the workmanship, color and overall effect before mass production.
4. Review Sample & Confirm Final Quote
You review the sample and request adjustments if needed. Once everything is confirmed, we finalize the quotation and invoice.
5. Payment & Bulk Production
After payment confirmation, bulk production starts according to the approved sample and order specifications.
6. Quality Check, Packing & Shipping
Finished goods go through inspection before packing and shipment. We also continue to provide after-sales support after delivery.

1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts from 500 pcs per design. Depending on the label type, material, and production process, some orders may require a minimum of 1,000 pcs.
Launching a new collection or testing a new market? We also support small-batch trial orders. For certain products, different size variants such as S, M, L, and XL can be combined within the same order.
Send us your design and requirements, and we will confirm the exact MOQ and quotation for your project.
2. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. You can check our quality in two ways:
1.Custom Design Sample: We can make a sample based on your own design and specifications. You can review clear photos and videos before approval, or arrange shipping if you would like to inspect the physical sample in person.
2.Free Reference Samples: We can provide non-confidential samples from our sample library free of charge. You only need to cover the express shipping cost.
3. How long does sampling and production take?
We work efficiently to help keep your project on schedule.
Sample Lead Time: Usually one business day after the artwork and specifications are confirmed.
Bulk Production Lead Time: Usually 2–5 business days, depending on the order quantity, product type, and design complexity.
If you are working toward a garment launch or a specific production deadline, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
4. What file format should I send for my design?
Vector files are preferred, including AI, PDF, CDR, and EPS. Please convert all fonts to outlines whenever possible.
High-resolution PNG or PSD files can also be used.
If you only have a reference photo, an existing label, or a rough design, that is fine too. Our team can review the information and help prepare it for production.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer flexible payment options to make transactions easy and safe for international buyers:
* T/T Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
* Alipay/Cash (Ideal for small sample orders or fast payment)
For most bulk orders, our standard payment terms are:
*90% deposit before production
*10% balance before shipment
6. How do you ship orders internationally?
We ship worldwide every day. We partner with top carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Express delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days to reach your door.
For large bulk orders, we also offer sea freight to save you shipping costs.
7. Is it possible to visit the factory or conduct an on-site inspection?
Yes, you are always welcome! We believe in real quality and long-term business.
