Submit Your Requirements
Start by telling us what product the labels will be used for, such as apparel, home textiles, toys, pet products or other items. If possible, please provide the following information:

Together, we will finalize the material, size, colors, quantity, production method and attachment method.
Before approving the design, please carefully check all text, symbols, data and product information required for your target market.

Review the Quotation and Digital Proof
Once the specifications have been confirmed, we will provide a formal quotation. It will normally include:

Product specifications

Order quantity
-
Unit price and total price

Sampling cost, if applicable

Estimated production lead time

Shipping method and cost
-
Payment terms
-
Quotation validity period
We will also provide a digital artwork proof for you to review and approve. It will show the proposed dimensions, layout, text, colors and folding method.
Please check all details carefully before approval. A digital proof is intended primarily to confirm the design and layout. The actual color, texture and feel of the finished product should be evaluated using an approved physical sample or the selected material.

Make Payment
After the quotation and digital proof have been approved, we will issue a pro forma invoice showing the payment details, currency and payment terms.
Please make payment only to the account specified on the pro forma invoice. Once the payment has been received, we will confirm receipt and provide a payment confirmation or receipt document, as applicable.
For payment security, if you receive any notice that our payment details have changed, please verify the new information through a previously confirmed official contact channel before making payment.

Sampling or Bulk Production
This is a flexible section where you can share anything you want. It could be details or some information about your service four.

Physical Sample First

This option is recommended when you need to confirm the material, color, texture, attachment method or special functions before bulk production. Mass production will begin after the physical sample has been approved.

Direct Bulk Production
-
This option is suitable for orders with confirmed specifications, an approved previous sample or a familiar and well-established production process.
Production will begin after the artwork, specifications, payment and required order information have all been confirmed. Changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs and a longer lead time.

Quality Inspection and Shipping
After production is completed, we will inspect the products against the approved artwork, specifications or physical sample. The inspection may cover:

Dimensions and quantity

Printing or weaving quality

Text and graphics

Color and overall appearance

Cutting and folding
-
NFC functionality or other project-specific requirements

Packaging
Once inspection and packing are complete, shipment can be arranged by international courier, air freight or sea freight, depending on the order size, destination and delivery requirements. We will provide the relevant shipping information and documents.
