Yes. You can provide a physical sample, clear photographs, reference images or the specifications of an existing label.

For projects requiring close color, texture or construction matching, we recommend producing a physical sample for approval before bulk production.

The minimum order quantity, or MOQ, depends on the label type, size, material, number of colors and production method.
Some products support small sample quantities or trial orders. Products requiring custom tooling, special materials or complex processes generally have a higher MOQ.
Send us your product details and estimated quantity, and we will state the applicable MOQ in our quotation.
This depends on whether the variations use the same material, finished size, colors and production method.
For some orders, size variations such as S, M, L and XL can be combined if only the size text changes.
If the logo, label dimensions, colors or layout are different, separate setup, sampling or minimum quantities may be required. We will review the artwork and confirm what can be combined.

Vector artwork is best for logos, text and line graphics. Before submitting your file, we recommend converting fonts to outlines and specifying the finished size and Pantone color references.
If you only have a photograph, scanned image or rough sketch, we can also help prepare a production layout.
Yes. We will provide a digital proof for you to review and approve. The proof may show:
- Finished size and layout
- Logo and text
- Color references
- Fold style
- Cutting and attachment requirements
Before approving the proof, please carefully check all text, care symbols, fiber content, sizes, country of origin and warning information.
Once the proof has been approved, production will be arranged according to the confirmed content and specifications.
A digital proof is mainly used to confirm the dimensions, content, color references and layout. It cannot fully reproduce the actual color, texture, thickness or feel of the finished product.
A physical sample allows you to evaluate the material, color, softness, fold style and overall production result.
For projects with strict color, texture, construction or functional requirements, we recommend approving a physical sample before bulk production.
Reference samples and custom samples are handled differently.
Reference samples
Reference samples allow you to review available materials and production methods. Suitable non-confidential samples may be provided free of charge or for a small sample fee. International shipping is normally paid by the customer.
Custom samples
Custom samples are produced using your logo, size and design. Setup, material and production charges will normally apply. The cost depends on the product type and production method.
You may provide a valid DHL, FedEx or UPS account for freight collect, or we can calculate prepaid shipping.
Whether the custom sample fee can be credited toward a subsequent bulk order will be stated in the formal quotation.
If the sample differs from the design or specifications confirmed by both parties because of a production error, we will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
If you change the logo, colors, dimensions, text, fonts, material or production method, new setup and sampling may be required. Additional sample charges and lead time may therefore apply.
Any revision charges will be confirmed before the revised sample is produced.
Typical lead times are:
- Custom samples: approximately 5–15 business days
- Standard bulk orders: approximately 7–20 business days
Lead time begins after the artwork, specifications, required sample approval, payment and all production information have been confirmed.
Special materials, complex production methods, custom tooling, NFC chips and large orders may require additional time.

However, yarns, inks, substrates, surface finishes and production batches can produce reasonable color variations. Colors displayed on a computer or mobile-phone screen should not be treated as the final standard for physical production.
For projects with strict color requirements, we recommend providing a Pantone reference and approving a physical sample.
Wash performance depends on the label material, ink system, printing method, attachment method and actual laundering conditions.
Please tell us about any specific requirements before quotation, including:

Some specifications can normally be changed before the digital proof or physical sample is approved.
Changes requested after approval or after production has started must be reviewed according to the production status and technical feasibility. They may result in additional charges, material losses or delivery delays.
Custom products that have already been completed generally cannot be cancelled or changed.

Yarns, inks and other raw materials may vary slightly between production batches. For repeat orders with strict color or material-consistency requirements, we may recommend approving a new sample.
