No professional production files are required to start your project. Simply share your logo, reference images, hand-drawn sketches or product photos, and specify the usage scenario of your labels. Our professional team will tailor the most suitable material and production solution for your needs.

Digital Proofs and Physical Samples

Digital Proof

A digital proof is a preliminary design confirmation document used to verify all visual and structural details of your custom product, including:
  • Logo content, text wording and overall layout
  • Exact product dimensions and color matching scheme
  • Cutting style, folding process and installation/attachment methods
  • Hang tag surface finishing and decoration details
  • NFC chip data programming (for NFC-enabled labels, if applicable)
Please carefully verify all details before approving the digital proof. Note that digital proofs only confirm design accuracy and cannot fully restore the actual texture, thickness, material feel and real color of the finished physical product.

Physical Sample

A physical sample is a finished pre-production product that allows you to intuitively inspect the real material, actual color, fine workmanship, surface finishing effect, product applicability and functional performance.
You can flexibly choose the confirmation method: approve the digital proof directly to start bulk production, or request a custom physical sample for final verification before mass production, according to your product quality and precision requirements.

Sample Options and Fees

Existing Reference Samples

We provide existing finished samples to help you intuitively understand our mainstream materials, production craftsmanship and overall product quality. Most reference samples are free of charge, with only a small handling fee required for individual special styles. International shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Custom Made Samples

Custom samples are produced strictly in accordance with your exclusive logo, size, design and specification requirements. The sample fee covers material cost, plate-making cost, tooling setup fee and manual production cost. All fees will be fully confirmed and communicated with you before sample production, with no hidden charges.
If the custom sample fails to meet the confirmed specifications due to our production problems, we will actively revise and optimize the sample for free and provide a satisfactory solution. Any design or specification modifications proposed by you after sample confirmation will incur additional fees and prolonged production cycle.
The actual production cycle is affected by product material, order quantity, production process, design complexity, multi-style customized requirements, product testing standards and factory production schedule. The final accurate lead time will be specified in your official quotation and order confirmation document.

For repeat orders, you only need to provide your historical order number, product photos or original specification parameters to facilitate quick production arrangement. Due to subtle batch differences in raw materials, we recommend reconfirming a new pre-production sample for projects with high precision and strict color requirements to ensure consistent product quality.
